Overview:

Designed an intelligent workflow and form automation solution using formsflow.ai to streamline processes for healthcare, financial, and government organizations.

Problem Statement: Many organizations relied on outdated, manual workflows that required multiple touchpoints and repetitive data entry, leading to bottlenecks, human errors, and inconsistent service delivery. These inefficiencies not only delayed processing times but also limited visibility into the status of applications, making it challenging for both staff and end users to track progress or identify issues in real time. As a result, overall accuracy, accountability, and customer satisfaction were significantly reduced, highlighting the need for a streamlined, automated, and user-friendly solution.

My Role & Contributions:

• Led end-to-end UX design, focusing on accessibility, usability, and automation.

• Designed responsive dashboards and public-facing portals for data input, approval tracking, and analytics visualization.

• Collaborated with developers on ServiceNow integration and form automation using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Improved adoption through user research, journey mapping, and interactive prototypes in Figma.

Impact:

Reduced processing time by 40%, increased user satisfaction, and improved form completion rates through intuitive layouts and AI-assisted workflows.
