I’m Cristina Istrate, a UI/UX Designer and creative strategist specializing in enterprise platforms, ServiceNow workflows, and healthcare/finance user experiences. I’ve partnered with leading organizations such as Pearson, Citi, Trellance (PenFed & NavyFed), and Prodware Solutions (Corteva & Allied Health) to design accessible dashboards, portals, and digital products that simplify complex processes and drive adoption. My approach blends design thinking, user research, and scalable design systems to deliver solutions that are not only visually engaging but also compliant, efficient, and impactful.

 

At the heart of my work is empathy. I believe the best design starts with deeply understanding people and creating experiences that improve their lives. That philosophy extends into my personal life, where I’m an avid hiker and traveler with my Australian Blue Heeler, Leda, who has been my sidekick on adventures around the world. Just as exploring new landscapes inspires me to see patterns and possibilities differently, I bring the same curiosity and resilience into my design practice always striving to deliver experiences that inspire trust, delight, and meaningful results.
