Citibank

Drove end to end design for Citibank’s investment dashboard, streamlining real-time data visualization and onboarding through intuitive UX.

Use Case: Citibank – Investment Dashboard for Institutional Clients

Problem Statement:

Citibank needed a more intuitive investment dashboard to improve how institutional clients analyze and act on real-time financial data. The existing platform suffered from poor usability, inconsistent data displays, and long onboarding times, making it difficult for users to trust and efficiently use the tool in high-stakes environments.

My Role & Contributions:
As Lead UX Designer on this project, I was responsible for the end-to-end design of the investment dashboard experience. My key contributions included:
  • Wireframing and prototyping the entire user journey using Figma, translating complex financial data into clear and actionable insights.

  • Designing intuitive data visualizations and building a modular design system to support scalability and cross-platform consistency.

  • Leading stakeholder workshops and agile design sprints to align teams, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.

  • Collaborating with Salesforce and ThoughtSpot teams to integrate reporting features into the broader enterprise ecosystem

Impact:
  • Reduced user onboarding time by 25%, accelerating time-to-value for new clients.

  • Increased internal alignment across product, design, and engineering teams through collaborative sprints.

  • Improved trust and usability for institutional users by making complex data more accessible and actionable.

  • Delivered a scalable, enterprise-grade dashboard aligned with Citibank’s internal systems and reporting needs.
