Pearson
Redesigned Pearson’s Generative AI Foundations training and certification with wireframing, rebranding, and AI use case integration.
Use Case: Pearson – Generative AI
Problem Statement:
As AI skills became critical across industries, Pearson recognized a growing gap: employers were increasingly prioritizing candidates with Generative AI proficiency, yet formal training and certification options were limited. The challenge was to create a program that validated AI skills for a diverse audience—ranging from high school students to seasoned professionals—while meeting evolving industry standards.

My Role & Contributions:
I collaborated with cross-functional teams to define the user experience for the Generative AI. This involved:
Wireframing the learning and testing journey to ensure intuitive navigation and accessibility across devices.
Rebranding key program materials to align with Pearson’s broader Critical Career Skills portfolio, ensuring visual consistency and market appeal.
Translating complex AI concepts into clear, user-friendly interface flows and content structures.
Partnering with stakeholders to integrate GenAI use cases, such as prompt engineering and ethical AI considerations, into the learner experience.

Impact:
The redesigned program delivered a streamlined user journey from discovery to certification, positioning Pearson as a leader in AI skill verification. By combining user-centered design with business objectives, the initiative:
Enhanced learner engagement through accessible design and consistent branding.
Created a scalable, enterprise-ready product for delivery via Mindhub, Certiport centers, and Pearson’s online testing platform.
Supported Pearson’s goal to address the AI skills gap and reinforce its reputation as a leader in lifelong learning.
